To initiate a cancellation, clients must contact our customer support team via email or phone and provide their project details and reasons for cancellation. c. Depending on the stage of the project, cancellation fees may apply to cover any work already completed. These fees will be determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the time and effort invested by our designers.
  2. Refund Policy: a. In the event that a client is not satisfied with the design service received, they may request a refund. b. Refund requests must be made in writing to our customer support team within 7 days of project completion. c. Our team will review the request and determine eligibility for a refund based on the following factors: i. Quality of the final design: If the delivered design does not meet the agreed-upon requirements and objectives, a full or partial refund may be granted. ii. Client involvement: If the client fails to provide necessary information, feedback, or cooperation throughout the project, refund eligibility may be affected. d. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
  3. Design Ownership: a. In case of cancellation or refund, all design ownership rights and intellectual property rights will remain with Vda Design. b. The client is not entitled to use any design concepts or materials provided by Vda Design if a cancellation or refund is requested.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
